The Living Well Partnership was established in 2017 following the merger of four GP surgeries and three smaller branch sites. Today, we comprise eight surgeries with ten partners, united by a shared vision: to deliver more seamless, efficient, and patient-centred medical care by pooling our resources rather than operating as separate practices.
We are seeking a motivated, passionate GP who wants to be part of an organisation that is challenging the status quo and redefining how outstanding primary care can be delivered. If you thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment—working alongside clinicians whose expertise spans sectors, specialties, and innovative practice—then Living Well could be the perfect place for you.
Here, we are driven by a desire to innovate, to think boldly, and to continually push the boundaries of what is possible in primary care. As the largest GP Partnership in Hampshire, we harness our scale to streamline services, share resources, and seize opportunities that smaller practices simply can’t.
What we offer:
- A diverse clinical team – including newly qualified doctors and GP registrars, ANPs, Paramedics, a Care Coordinator team and trainee and development posts for those on the pathway to becoming Specialist Nurses and ANPs.
- We welcome Tier 2 Sponsorship to international GPs.
- Opportunities to receive additional mentorship and support in addition to the Retainer Scheme (limited number of posts available).
- Support to nurture and develop specialisms, the ability to contribute to research studies and bring your own ideas on how the Partnership can utilise its resources to provide further approaches and types of care to our patients.
- Whole partnership learning environment, including weekly programme of activities.
- Employee Wellbeing initiatives – including a Wellbeing Champion team, monthly newsletter and S.M.I.L.E award.
- Cycle to work scheme.
