Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Maintenance Operative located on‑site in Coventry. The Maintenance Operative will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining facilities in good condition, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the living environment. The role includes tasks such as inspecting and fixing mechanical systems, conducting minor repairs, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a high standard of living for the residents.
