Description

Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets.

We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team.

We're looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of the UK's defining consumer brands.

We're looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to drive Living Things' presence across Scotland (ideally you are based in Glasgow or Edinburgh).

You'll own your territory end to end — opening new accounts, growing existing ones, and getting our products into the hands of drinkers across on-trade, off-trade, and events.

You'll spend your days out in the field, building relationships face to face, and you'll have real ownership over how the market develops.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role for someone who loves the hustle of field sales and wants to help build a brand from the ground up in a new market.

What you'll do

  • Open and grow accounts across on-trade (bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels) and off-trade (supermarkets, convenience, independents, off-licences).
  • Own your territory: plan routes, manage a call cycle, and consistently hit distribution and sales targets.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers, managers, and owners across key towns and cities.
  • Represent Living Things at events, festivals, and sampling activations — bringing the brand to life for new drinkers.
  • Secure listings, drive rate of sale, and negotiate visibility, displays, and promotions in-store and on-premise.
  • Feed back market insight — competitor activity, pricing, and opportunities — to help shape our Netherlands strategy.
  • Keep accurate records of accounts, orders, and activity in our CRM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' field sales experience, ideally in drinks, FMCG, or hospitality.
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and opening new accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of the local area and the on- and off-trade scene in your territory is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised — you can run your own territory with minimal oversight.
  • Confident, personable, and genuinely great with people.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Nice to have
  • An existing network of trade contacts across Scotland's bars, shops, and hospitality scene.
  • Experience launching a brand or product in a new market.
  • A real passion for drinks, hospitality, and brand building.

Benefits

  • Real ownership of your territory and a direct impact on our growth.
  • A competitive package with performance-based incentives.
  • A supportive, ambitious team and the freedom to build something from the ground up.
