The Role: As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll own the commercial growth of our online channels end to end. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll own our D2C presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon, make the product and merchandising decisions that drive online growth, and turn traffic into revenue. This is a genuine build opportunity: D2C is underdeveloped at Living Things today, and you’ll own it. If you’re excited by ownership, love solving problems, and want to scale a channel from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.

Company Overview: Introducing you to Living Things. We make all-natural, belly-loving sodas here in the UK and Europe and we're on a mission to make soda feel good again. We've built a belly-loving, low-sugar, high-fibre soda that is deliciously refreshing.

What set us apart:

  • Totally Natural
  • Both Prebiotic and Probiotic
  • Champion Taste

  • Free from sweeteners

Our range includes five delicious flavours (with more in the pipeline) and in just 24 months we've already built great traction with over 10,000 stockists including Tesco, Waitrose, ASDA, Morrisons, Ocado, Amazon, Wholefoods, WHSmiths, LEON, Pizza Express, ASK, Caravan Coffee, EAT17, Origin Coffee, SushiDog, and countless others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital trading & revenue performance
  • Own trading across all e-commerce channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Faire and Amazon) hitting revenue, margin and profitability targets
  • Plan and execute a digital trading calendar that keeps us ahead of launches, promotions and seasonal moments across every channel
  • Own the commercial performance of the website: merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, conversion and customer experience

  • Conversion & customer journey
  • Own the CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout, running structured A/B tests and UX experiments
  • Run regular full-site audits to find and fix UX friction, checkout issues and tracking gaps across mobile and desktop
