We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as Grocery/Retail Activators, representing Living Things in grocery stores. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be out in the field every day, ensuring our brand is visible, stocked, and sold.

The Role: To support our continued growth across grocery retail we're hiring an activator based in Greater London. This is a field-sales based role, and a full/clean UK driving license is required.

About the role: Living Things is continuing to grow at pace, with a particular focus on retail activations. As an Activator, the role will entail:

  • Visiting our existing retailers and building store level relationships
  • Placing POS and building displays
  • Managing compliance and strengthening our relationships to help get more cans into more hands
  • 10-12 store visits per day
  • Influencing retailers to display product
  • Fixing any compliance issues or book stock errors
  • Working with store owners/managers to grow sales and visibility
  • Checking product availability and ensuring Living Things is always on the shelf
  • Building eye-catching displays and placing point-of-sale materials
  • Capturing data on your tablet to track performance
  • Spotting opportunities and feedback insights to your manager
  • Sampling, on-site activations, and customer engagement throughout your accounts
  • Attending and participating in trade shows and events
  • Feedback competitor insights to the business
  • Managing daily and weekly performance and effectively communicating results to the business
  • Effectively maintaining an up-to-date CRM
  • Continually developing your understanding of the functional soda and wider gut-health category

What you will need: As a start-up, we're a small but mighty team and we seek out new members of the crew based on personality and performance. We’d love to hear from you regardless of what boxes you may or may not “tick” in the below list:

  • Valid UK driving licence (and is comfortable with driving a small van i.e. VW Transporter)
  • Ideally you already have experience of working in a similar role in FMCG (nice to have)
  • Territory specific, we're hiring for a TDM who is London based
  • Confident
