We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable individual eager to develop their coaching experience and become part of our friendly coaching team. In this role, you’ll be leading coaching sessions for a wide range of age groups — from Mini Reds (ages 4+) through to Yellow Ball players (ages 11–18) plus adult sessions. You’ll receive comprehensive training to understand and embrace the Delgado Tennis and Living Tennis culture, coaching philosophy, and methods. However, we’re looking for someone with proven coaching experience who can take the lead, integrate quickly into the team, and make an immediate impact.

We have work available across our multiple venues:
- Bisham Abbey (12 courts including 4 indoors)
- Braywick Leisure Centre (6 floodlit outdoor, sports hall for red ball sessions)
- Wycombe Abbey School (24 courts outdoors)
- lVS School (4 courts)
Responsibilities
Essential hours for the role:
- Saturdays 9-2pm (potential for work 9-5pm)
- At least 3 afternoons and evenings available 4-7pm
- Daytime work is also available which we can discuss based on your availability.
- We would also require you to be involved in running our yearly school holiday tennis camps.
- Term time hours can be from 30 – 45 hours weekly. (Day time, evenings, weekend opportunities).
Qualifications
We are looking for a lead coach with at least 2-3 years’ experience in leading a variety of sessions across all ages and abilities. You must be a passionate, enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working individual who can work well alone and as part of a team. Applicants should hold a minimum LTA Level 2 coaching qualification and have the ambition to progress to Level 3. We also encourage experienced Level 3 coaches to apply. To hold a full UK Driving License is essential to travel to different venues and you must currently be living in the UK.
