Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a property management role and looking for a new opportunity? An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our team based in Kingston Park.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings management service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients.
About the role
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for:
- Visiting managed properties and carrying out pre and post move checks
- Undertaking inventories
- Arranging necessary works with contractors
- Ensuring properties are ready for new tenants
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Instructing and managing repairs and maintenance
- Working closely with our lettings team
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity
- Full clean driving license is required; access to a vehicle is preferred as may be required for business use on occasions
- Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages
- Understanding of what makes a difference in delivering excellent customer service
- Enthusiastic team player
- Excellent attention to detail
