An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings administrator to join our team based in Newcastle City centre. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all customers.

About the role:
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent, consistent and responsive lettings administration service. Duties will include:
- Preparing tenant move ins - compiling all necessary, legally compliant paperwork and referencing within deadlines and liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Further duties will include other general administrative tasks as required to support sales, lettings and property management teams and the branch manager.
Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.
