Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a property management role and looking for a new opportunity? Then you may be interested. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our team based in Kingston Park. As a Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings management service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients.

If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, a team focused approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.

About the role

Within this varied role, you will be responsible for:

  • Visiting managed properties and carrying out pre and post move checks
  • Undertaking inventories
  • Arranging necessary works with contractors
  • Ensuring properties are ready for new tenants
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Instructing and managing repairs and maintenance
  • Working closely with our lettings team

Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential. A full clean driving license is required, access to a vehicle is preferred as it may be required for business use on occasions.
