As a Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings management service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients.
If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, a team focused approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
Within this varied role, you will be responsible for visiting managed properties and carrying out pre and post move checks, undertaking inventories, arranging necessary works with contractors and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants. Other duties include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, instructing and managing repairs and maintenance, and working closely with our lettings team.
Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; however, a highly organised professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential. A full clean driving license is required, access to a vehicle is preferred as may be required for business use on occasions.
