Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a property management role and looking for a new opportunity? An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our team based in Kingston Park.

As a Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a highly effective and profitable lettings management service and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all clients. Within this varied role, you will be responsible for visiting managed properties and carrying out pre and post move checks, undertaking inventories, arranging necessary works with contractors and ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.

Other duties include liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, instructing and managing repairs and maintenance, and working closely with our lettings team.

Experience in the property sector is preferred but not a necessity; Full clean driving license is required, access to a vehicle is preferred as may be required for business use on occasions. Advanced IT skill, particularly with Microsoft packages.

23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing to 25 days after 2 years of service.
