Hours & Availability
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with a variety of working patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
We're happy to discuss the hours and availability you're looking for and see how these match our current vacancies and client needs.
Because our clients rely on consistent support, once your regular availability and working pattern have been agreed, we ask that you are able to commit reliably to your agreed shifts and client visits.
What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll support people in their own homes to live as safely, independently and comfortably as possible.
Your role may include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Supporting with medication
- Preparing mealsProviding mobility support
- Offering companionship and conversation
- Helping clients remain independent
- Supporting clients to access their local community
- Building meaningful and trusted relationships with the people you support
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous care experience. We're looking for people who are caring, reliable and genuinely want to make a difference.
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car
- Reliability and commitment to your agreed availability
- A caring, positive attitude
- A willingness to learn
