Contract Type: Part Time, 25hrs a week, Monday to Friday 5hrs a day, times and days negotiable.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Livingston to support the existing team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with colleagues
  • Assisting with all recruitment needs, from candidate application to interview, offer, security checks and new starter completion checks
  • Contacting candidates
  • Arranging interviews
  • Completing applications of PVG’s
  • Obtaining references
  • Uploading all documents onto our CRM system
  • Any other admin tasks that may be required from you at branch

This Administrator role is like no other; no 2 days are the same. You will be required to support in different areas and the ability to multitask is required.
