Salary up to Β£35,343.00 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday - Friday)
We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Armβs Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
Day to day duties:
- Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry
- Responsible for duties to include but not limited to β hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units etc.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria:
- Experience in Carpentry
- Experience in Timber window repairs
- Social housing experience
- A UK full valid driving license
