As a Livi Physio, you’ll be a key player in digital healthcare, providing either NHS-partnered or private video appointments to patients across the UK.
Livi lets patients see a clinician by video in minutes, on their mobile or tablet. This helps shorten waiting times, increase appointment availability and accessibility and lets clinicians work more flexibly and effectively.
An opportunity exists for skilled and experienced Physiotherapists to join our remote clinical team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) symptoms via remote consultations. You will use digital tools, including the Physitrack platform, to create tailored rehabilitation plans, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.

You’ll work independently, but will be fully trained and supported by our medical and operational teams - so you can spend more time with patients and less time on admin.

What you will do:
- Conduct remote video/audio consultations for patients presenting with MSK symptoms.
- Perform thorough assessments, including detailed histories and functional tests where appropriate.
- Provide expert advice, evidence-based management plans, and treatment recommendations for MSK conditions.
- Create and deliver customised exercise plans using the Physitrack platform.
- Identify potential red flags and escalate cases appropriately, coordinating with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Promote self-management strategies and educate patients on the prevention and management of MSK conditions.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records in line with professional standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical pathways and digital services.
As a Livi Physio you will:
- Be a registered Physiotherapist with at least 1 years\' experience working autonomously in an FCP capacity or equivalent remote experience
- Be based in the UK and HCPC Registered
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport during remote consultations.
- Be confident in identifying and managing red flags and making onward referrals.
- Have access to a private, secure workspace and a reliable internet connection.
- Have experience and be comfortable working in a digital environment, and be open to learning new computer systems
- Be adaptable, competent and motivated about caring for patients
It’s also an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of digital healthcare regulations and best practices in the UK.
- Postgraduate qualifications in MSK physiotherapy or advanced practice roles.
- CSP membership
- Familiarity with digital tools, including Physitrack (training can be provided if required).
