This role supports the Head of Strategic Partnerships with the day-to-day coordination and performance of Livi’s partnerships across clinical services and supplier networks. The focus is on operational delivery, relationship support, and performance tracking to help ensure partner services meet agreed service levels and business expectations.
You will act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned partners, working closely with internal operational, clinical governance, product and service delivery teams to resolve issues, support governance processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in patient pathways and customer experience. Initially, the role will focus on digital partnerships, including private insurance and specialist lifestyle partners, supporting pathways such as pharmacy, diagnostics and specialist referrals. Responsibilities will evolve as the partnership portfolio grows. This role has no line management responsibility and works under the guidance of the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
What You Will Do- Working closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll act as a key point of contact for assigned partners, helping monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, coordinate governance meetings, and support smooth operational delivery across digital health, insurance and specialist service pathways.
- You will collaborate with teams across operations, clinical governance, product and service delivery to resolve issues, contribute to service improvements, and help enhance patient experience across pharmacy, diagnostics and specialist referrals.
- This role is ideal for someone early in their partnerships, account management or operations career who enjoys working with stakeholders, data and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
- Build positive, collaborative working relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Coordinate regular partner meetings, including preparing agendas, materials and follow-up actions.
- Support governance and performance review meetings with data and updates.
- Support delivery against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments.
- Monitor performance data, identify trends or issues, and escalate appropriately.
- Work with internal teams to help resolve operational issues and support service continuity.
- Maintain performance trackers and reporting tools.
- Review patient journeys and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives to enhance patient experience, service quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to pathway optimisation across pharmacy, diagnostics and specialist referrals.
- Assist with internal and external improvement projects.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams across operations, product and clinical governance.
- Ensure partner requirements and issues are clearly communicated and followed up.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations and materials for leadership.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to support partner communications, education initiatives and insight sharing.
- Produce clear, accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support compliance with contractual and operational governance requirements.
- Maintain records including meeting notes, action logs and escalation tracking.
- Experience in partnership, account management, or customer management roles.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, SLAs and performance data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence contributing to meetings and presenting information clearly.
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement.
- Experience working in digital health, healthcare or health services.
- Exposure to pathway improvement, service design or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation.
