The Role

As our HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the HR Manager and the Talent Acquisition Lead with the day-to-day delivery of our people services.

You'll be the backbone of the People Team, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly, our employee records are accurate, and every new starter receives a positive welcome to Liv Green Futures.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding administrative support while building a career in Human Resources.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, and other employment documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews and completing pre-employment checks.
  • Managing employee lifecycle administration.
  • Supporting probation reviews, performance review administration and learning and development activities.
  • Responding to employee HR queries.
  • Producing HR reports and maintaining people data.
  • Assisting with HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and internal procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive approach.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
