Position Overview:
LivGreen is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of our energy efficiency projects. In this role, you will assist in planning, organising, and overseeing project activities, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to track progress, manage documentation, and coordinate schedules. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all stakeholders informed and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Project Managers with administrative duties.
- Processing orders, including data entry and paperwork.
- Working closely within a team to help deliver a project.
- Respond to queries/requests on behalf of LivGreen.
- Prepare figures and reports for management team as required.
- Update internal databases as required.
- Ensure supplies are in stock and place orders with purchasing team (PPE, Stationary, Materials).
- Additional administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a project-based environment, taking a project from cradle to grave.
- Excellent coordination & organisational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Relationship building/Customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- A good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage workload effectively.
- Able to work well within a team.
