Experience required:
- Scheduling or coordination, preferably in construction, retrofit or housing sectors
- Relationship building/Customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple contractors, assessors, and clients
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM tools
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for Retrofit Assessments, PIBI, and EPC/EPR appointments in line with project timelines
- Schedule and sequence the full range of construction and retrofit activities, including but not limited to: CWI Infill (Cavity Wall Insulation), Solar PV installation, Scaffold Assembly and Dismantle, Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation, Air Tightness Tests, Asbestos Surveys, Remedial works, Ventilation measures including DMEV, Lap Vents, Trickle Vents, Loft Insulation and Loft Hatch installation, Internal Electrics, Door Undercuts, External Doors and Windows installation
- Accurately update and maintain scheduling software and internal databases
- Generate and maintain KPI reports and provide insights to management on scheduler performance
- Take ownership for all Scheduling activity and ensure schedules are updated accurately and immediately
