The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within a Retrofit Surveyor/Assessor role – essential
  • Elmhurst Energy accreditation – essential
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Full UK driving licence – essential

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035
  • Carry out energy and occupancy assessments, condition surveys and ventilation checks
  • Use appropriate tools and software to produce high-quality reports and recommendations
  • Support project delivery through accurate data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure project records and documentation are maintained and updated
  • Provide energy efficiency and retrofit advice to clients
  • Stay up to date with current specifications, funding streams, and best practice guidance
