Position Overview

  • Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Management: Attend weekly resourcing meetings to review current and upcoming labour requirements and set onboarding priorities. Participate in project handover meetings with Sales and delivery teams following project award. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ADD, Commercial, Procurement) to align resourcing plans with project needs. Develop detailed resourcing plans based on project run rates, timelines, and existing supply chain capacity. Maintain and update the central resourcing tracker for visibility and reporting. Assess availability, suitability, and qualifications of existing subcontractors.
  • Sourcing & Talent Engagement: Identify resourcing gaps and source suitable subcontractors within required regions. Conduct initial outreach, screening, and engagement with potential subcontractors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified subcontractors.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including issuing onboarding documentation via NetSuite. Review submitted documentation and approve contractors for engagement. Ensure all subcontractors meet compliance, qualification, and business requirements.
  • Commercial Alignment & Cost Control: Submit resourcing plans and proposed rate cards to Commercial teams. Support rate negotiations to ensure alignment with budget and margin targets. Flag and support resolution of any cost variations or non-standard rate requests. Coordinate and lead pre-start meetings with subcontractors and internal teams. Ensure subcontractors are fully briefed on project requirements, processes, and expectations. Support smooth transition from onboarding to active project delivery.
  • Ongoing Performance & Issue Management: Monitor subcontractor performance and provide feedback where required. Support resolution of delivery issues, escalations, and resource challenges. Work with Procurement and Commercial teams on variations and changes in scope. Manage offboarding or deactivation of underperforming subcontractors where necessary.
