Multimedia Sr. Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager (Multimedia), you will oversee the end‑to‑end management of multimedia localization and content production projects for global clients. You’ll coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure seamless delivery across video, audio, and interactive media. Working closely with internal production, linguistic, and technical teams, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in a dynamic, international environment.

• Manage common and complex customer requirements (engagement and service setup, monitoring of the execution of the SQP, process improvement and optimization);
• Establish a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs;
• Manage and track project milestones for end‑to‑end product deployment;
• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing of products, assets, etc. from studios and partners;
• Manage multiple workflows, and projects (Corporate videos/Movies & Series/Social Media content/Dubbing/AI VO/Subtitling/OST);
• Communicate with clients, vendors, operations, etc. on a daily basis to ensure you are exceeding expectations;
• Monitor project financials including P&L for the project, prepare invoicing and reporting, manage KPIs, draft forecasts;
• Regularly prioritize multiple tasks of competing importance;
• Independent operation with appropriate escalation of issues.

• High School Diploma or University Degree in lieu of experience;
• 5-6 years of experience is required for you in client‑facing roles, specifically as a Project Manager guiding multiple projects within multimedia services;
• Deep understanding of localization, dubbing & subtitling production processes and workflows;
• Excellent knowledge of subtitling, VO and CAT tools;
• Excellent team working and communication skills comfortable liaising with both technical and non‑technical individuals;
• Very good analytical and organizational skills, detailed oriented approach;
• Resilient in stressful situations;
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Available to visit onsite clients (2-3 times per week).
