LiveWest is seeking a full-time Support Worker to join the Supported Housing team at the New Horizons Scheme in Tolvaddon Downs. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to customers with complex needs, helping them achieve autonomy and stability.

You'll work closely with clients to develop tailored support plans and have flexible hours, including some weekends. This role requires experience in supporting individuals and maintaining accurate records, along with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3.
