About The Role

We are looking for Relief Support Workers to work in our complex mental health service in Bristol. You will be part of a larger Support team providing services to individuals with a history of mental ill health and substance misuse issues. Responsibilities include supporting residents to manage their tenancy, understand benefits, and develop positive life skills such as budgeting, wellbeing, and social inclusion.

The role involves working day shifts on an ad hoc basis. You will support and monitor residents\’ conduct, health and safety, and overall welfare with a flexible and sensitive approach.

This is a relief contract role, offering flexible hours as required. There may be times when other staff are present, but lone working may also be necessary.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
