LiveWest is recruiting a Youth Development Worker to empower young people aged 16–25 in supported accommodation at Davy House. You will provide one-to-one key worker support, develop tailored action plans, and coordinate with external agencies to foster independence and successful move-on.
The role offers full-time hours on a rolling rota (8am–9pm), with 1 in 4 weekends and bank holidays. Enhanced DBS checks are required, and LiveWest emphasises inclusion and development opportunities.
