Live West is seeking a Support Worker for our Stoke House service in Penryn to empower individuals with diverse needs to live independently and safely within their communities.
This part-time, permanent role is 22.2 hours per week across a rolling 4-week rota, Monday to Sunday 8am–9pm, with lone working and bank holiday coverage.
You will deliver person-centred support, manage risks, and promote participation in social and employment opportunities while maintaining safeguarding standards.
