LiveWest's estate safety team is recruiting a permanent, full-time officer to keep communal areas fire-safe, compliant and free of water risk. Most of the work is hands-on: weekly alarm and smoke vent tests, monthly emergency light checks, fire door inspections, legionella flushing and scheme risk assessments. It is field-based with lone working and two to three office days a week.
Applicants need a DBS check and the right to work in the UK for the full term, as no sponsorship is offered.
