LiveWest is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support our dedicated Fire Safety Compliance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Deliver efficient and accurate administrative services to the Fire Safety Compliance team.
- Customer Service: Provide a high-quality, customer-focused experience in all interactions.
- Contractor Coordination: Maintain strong working relationships with our partnering contractors and support their performance.
- Meeting Participation: Actively contribute to contractor review meetings to ensure service excellence.
- Data Management: Use IT systems effectively to manage compliance data and support cyclical fire safety works.

This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis working 21 hours per week. The working pattern is flexible and can be discussed at interview stage. Hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon office, dependent on business need.
About The Candidate:
To be successful in your application for the role of Administrator – Fire Safety Compliance, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role and the following role specific skills and experience:
- Experience and understanding of cyclical compliance works and the delivery to tenanted residential properties.
- Proficient working knowledge of IT software and ability to understand bespoke systems.
- Experience of working in affordable housing or a related field.
Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role without requiring sponsorship.
