About The Role
Are you a skilled Electrician looking to make a difference in your community? Join LiveWest, the largest housing association in the South West, and help us provide high-quality homes and services to our customers. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards and customer expectations. This is a mobile role, working predominantly in the Penzance location. You will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of this patch.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, rewiring and monitoring.
- Quality Workmanship: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with building regulations and safety requirements.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a positive and professional approach to our customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintenance and Testing: Perform periodic testing and installation work, ensuring compliance with current best practices and guidelines.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for you and our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals, and deliver exceptional service.
- On-Call Participation: Take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota and attend meetings and training as required.
