LiveWest is looking for a natural people person with a passion for making a difference to join our Customer Service team. This role is the first point of contact for all customer queries, delivering an exceptional service across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, offering support and guidance via phone, email, social media, live chat and web forms.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage multiple tasks using IT systems including databases and Microsoft 365.
  • Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate compassion and empathy while resolving customer concerns.
