LiveWest is seeking a Housing Officer to manage tenancy services and community standards across the Torquay patch. You will handle tenancy enquiries, sign-ups and breaches, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep environments safe and welcoming.
The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, field-based in Torquay with flexible patterns for business needs. CIH Level 4 or willingness to work towards is preferred.
