About The Role Are you ready to make a real difference? As a Business Analyst – Programmes, you will play a vital role in delivering projects that align with LiveWest\’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders, translating business requirements into solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes. From facilitating workshops to developing project plans, you will be at the heart of change, ensuring every step of the journey leads to a measurable success. Key Responsibilities: Engaging with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements. Facilitating workshops and meetings to support project planning and analysis. Developing and maintaining project documentations, including plans, action trackers and RAID logs. Translating business needs into system functionality by working with the IT teams and external suppliers. Supporting testing activities, including creating test scripts, conducting tests, and guiding end-users through changes.
