We’re hiring a Technical Support Administrator to join our Operations Department on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll learn and use key tools like Continuous Improvement, AI, and automation to help shape the future of our business. Does this sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

What will you be doing?
- Learning the key approaches, methodologies and techniques of Continuous Improvement, AI, and automation within the team.
- Supporting senior colleagues with improvement and automation initiatives across ZCR.
- Working with stakeholders to define requirements within a project context.
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for assigned projects.
- Helping to review administrative processes, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting process documentation, testing, and implementation activity for approved improvements, AI, and automation solutions.
- Supporting the delivery of smaller, lower complexity improvement activities under guidance.
- Assisting with project coordination activities, including tracking actions, progress, benefits, and realised savings.
- Assisting with operational readiness, including communications, training, deployment, and transition to BAU teams.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support successful change delivery.
- Support daily monitoring of automation and MI reports and assisting with system and business exception handling.
- From time-to-time support other project activity across the team and ZCR.
What are we looking for?
Ideally you will have some of the following:
- A passion for Continuous Improvement, with relevant experience of exposure an advantage.
- Attained or working towards LEAN Yellow Belt.
- Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgement and a willingness to learn and make informed decisions.
- A positive and supportive approach to team culture.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
