Livewell Southwest is seeking a Place of Safety Worker/Health Care Assistant to support the CYP POS and accordingly accompany detainees awaiting assessment, with inpatient duties at Plym Bridge. You will work under the direction of a trained nurse and contribute to care planning while recording information in the CPA system.
This role requires compassionate care, strong teamwork and commitment to 7-day service across the unit.
