We are looking for an organised and proactive Visa & Logistics Administrator.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has some experience in personnel logistics or offshore travel and is looking to develop their career.
The role involves a range of important administrative tasks, including booking flights and hotels, arranging visas, updating spreadsheets and personnel records, uploading documents, coordinating crew changes, and responding to queries from personnel, clients and agents.
The work itself is structured and process-driven, but it can also be fast-paced. Priorities can change quickly, and you may have several tasks to manage at the same time. We’re therefore looking for someone who is well organised, calm under pressure, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy even when busy.
Although previous experience in offshore logistics, travel, visas or personnel administration is advantageous, what matters most is your attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn. We can teach you the systems and processes; we need someone who learns quickly, is comfortable managing multiple priorities and large volumes of information, and takes pride in getting things right.
This is a full-time, office-based role in our Dyce office.
