We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance Officer to join our team at Allkind. You will support our day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank accounts and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have relevant finance or accounting experience, Excel skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. You will:
- Be responsible for distribution of all invoices to the relevant budget holders for authorization, checking coding on invoices and posting transactions relating to the purchase ledger and the sales ledger in accordance with finance procedures and timescales
- Perform company bank accounts reconciliation
- Be posting and reconciling housing income
You have/are:
- Previous experience in Finance
- Studying towards AAT qualification
- Experience of debt chasing and credit control
- Experience using excel
- Enthusiasm to work in charity sector
- Right to work in the UK
