We are seeking a

Hub Spot Administrator & Revenue Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day administration, optimisation, and maintenance of our Hub Spot platform.

This role will support marketing, sales, and Key Account Managers (KAMs) by ensuring CRM data quality, workflow automation, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hub Spot Administration
  • Manage users, permissions, teams, and account settings.
  • Maintain custom properties, objects, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure CRM data quality through audits, deduplication, and cleansing.
  • Revenue Operations
  • Support sales pipeline management and process optimisation.
  • Maintain lifecycle and lead handoff processes.
  • Work across marketing, sales, and KAM teams to improve revenue operations.
  • Marketing Operations
  • Build and manage forms, landing pages, and workflows.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lead routing.
  • Ensure campaign attribution and reporting accuracy.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain Hub Spot dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor marketing, sales, and revenue KPIs.
  • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Systems & Integrations
  • Support integrations between Hub Spot and other business systems.
  • Assist with automation projects and troubleshooting.
  • Document processes and best practices.

Essential Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience administering or supporting Hub Spot.
  • Experience with CRM data management and reporting.
  • Understanding of marketing automation and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Hub Spot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub experience.
  • Hub Spot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration).
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Saa S revenue metrics and funnel reporting.
