Are you either a forward thinking account manager, a MedTech Practice Development specialist, or have helped to grow businesses in healthcare? This is your track to a Business Growth Strategist role for elite private eye surgery clinics. We work with private refractive and lens replacement surgery practice owners across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. They’re already good. Your job is to help them become market leaders.

You’ll own a small portfolio of clinics and act as their Practice Growth Partner: driving activation, retention, and expansion across our advisory and marketing stack. In plain English: you make sure they get the results they’re paying for, stay longer, and grow with us.

The role

  • Own a focused book of 8–12 clinics (no more) and be their main commercial point of contact.
  • Lead 0–90 day activation for each new clinic: coordinate onboarding across our 7 Figure Flywheel, Hattie All-in-One Marketing System, Website+SEO and Paid Traffic so the key “activation moments” are hit on time.
  • Run regular results reviews / quarterly growth sessions: share performance, agree priorities, and turn them into clear “Big 3” growth plans.
  • Drive retention and expansion: protect recurring revenue, spot opportunities to add services or move clinics into Growth Years / Boardroom where it’s genuinely in their interest.
  • Coordinate with our advisory and product teams (ads, SEO, Hattie, web) to remove bottlenecks and keep clinics moving.
  • Champion the client internally: surface risks early, organise saves, and make sure promises turn into outcomes.

We move fast, give direct feedback, and expect you to think like an owner for your clinics. This is a high-touch, strategic role. You’ll be on calls with founders, surgeons and clinic leadership every week. It’s part customer success, part light consulting, part account management.

Who this is perfect for

  • You’ve been a practice manager or senior coordinator and you’re ready to move into a more commercial / strategic growth role.
  • You like owning outcomes (profit, retention, growth), not just “keeping things running.”
  • You enjoy talking to founders and surgeons and can hold your own in those conversations.
  • You might have been a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in B2B services, healthcare, or consulting, used to working with senior decision makers.
  • A practice manager / coordinator or similar who’s lived the “other side of the table” and can speak clinic language.

You are:

  • Comfortable being measured on retention, expansion, and profit, not just activity.
  • Strong with numbers: you can talk through a simple P&L, ROI, and performance dashboard without flinching.
  • Happy in a small, ambitious, no-place-to-hide team. You like responsibility and direct feedback more than corporate politics.
  • Calm but direct with clients: you can handle emotion, push back when needed, and still keep the relationship strong.

This is not for you if you want a giant company where you can disappear into the background, or if you prefer low-touch, volume SaaS portfolios.

What we offer

  • Clear progression path: Year 1: Own 8–12 clinics as their Practice Growth Partner. Years 2–3: Opportunity to step up into Strategic Business Advisor, leading growth for some of the most recognised clinics in the market.
  • A tight, high-calibre team focused on one niche: private refractive and lens replacement surgery.
  • A small, high-value portfolio you can truly know and impact, supported by CSAs and specialist product teams.
  • Competitive salary with a performance-based bonus tied to the health and growth of your portfolio.
  • In-office first (London), then remote-hybrid (typically 3 days in / 2 remote) with occasional travel for team days and industry events.
  • Real progression: grow into a Senior / Principal Practice Growth Partner, product leadership, or advisory track over time.
