Hey future tech-savvy marketer, this is a hands-on marketing operations role where you'll learn CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital workflows from the ground up. If you enjoy making systems run smoothly and solving technical puzzles like: "Why didn't this automation fire?" "Why isn't this form submission triggering the workflow?" "Why isn't this campaign sending correctly?" then you'll feel right at home here. This is not a copywriting or social media role. It's the behind-the-scenes engine room where marketing systems are configured, campaigns are launched, and automation keeps everything running smoothly.

You'll start by working with checklists, templates, and proven playbooks, then grow into troubleshooting systems, improving documentation, and helping customers get the most out of our CRM platform.

What You'll Do

  • CRM Marketing Software Setup & Maintenance
    • Configure and maintain Hattie CRM accounts using templates and playbooks
    • Set up automations, pipelines, forms, email campaigns, and SMS campaigns
    • Prepare, upload and schedule marketing campaigns
    • Run system quality checks to ensure calendars, forms, phone numbers, and workflows are working correctly
    • Troubleshoot automation issues and configuration problems
    • Set up and train customer-specific AI agents within the platform
    • Maintain CRM reporting and update performance scorecards
  • Marketing Systems & Content
    • Edit marketing and training videos using our internal systems with guidance from the multimedia team
    • Upload and manage course content on training platforms
    • Convert Loom recordings into structured playbooks and improve internal documentation
    • Help maintain organised, easy-to-follow documentation for systems and processes
  • Customer Support (CRM Customers)
    • Support customers with Hattie setup and technical questions
    • Monitor support channels (Teamwork, WhatsApp) and respond to customer queries
    • Solve basic technical issues using checklists, guides and FAQs
    • Escalate complex issues to product or technical leads
    • Keep support tickets organised and track recurring issues
    • Identify common customer questions and help improve internal documentation

What We Offer

  • For the first six months, you'll work from our London office. After that, we'll discuss flexible or remote options with occasional visits to HQ.
  • Salary: £24K - £28K depending on experience
  • Clear progression pathway: Junior Marketing Operations Technician -> Marketing Operations Technician -> Senior Marketing Operations Technician
