This is an outbound Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR) role. If you love the hunt, enjoy turning cold names into warm conversations, and want to work with a team that actually cares about doing world-class work, keep reading.
You’ll get structured sales training from our Closer playbook, so you know exactly what “good” looks like and how we expect you to run outreach and set meetings. We help owners and managers of elite healthcare clinics around the world to double their profits in 3 years or less without discounting or burnout.
Our clients are some of the most respected surgeons and clinics in the world. Most of our growth has come from reputation and referrals. Now we’re ready to add a professional prospector to help more of the right clinics find us.
YOUR MISSION
Fill our founder’s calendar with qualified “Compatibility Calls” with clinic owners who match our criteria.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Research and build targeted lists of private refractive / lens replacement clinics in the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond.
- Run polite, persistent outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to book 20–25 qualified Compatibility Calls per month.
- Nurture warm leads from events, webinars, and our existing database and move them to booked calls.
- Follow proven outreach scripts and cadences; track every touchpoint in our CRM.
- Report daily on activity and weekly on results (sets, shows, progress to target).
THIS IS NOT A BOILER-ROOM SALES JOB
You’re booking founder-led calls for £30K+ engagements, not pushing £99 trials. You’ll learn how high-ticket advisory is sold in a premium medical niche. If you hit your numbers, your next step is into closing or advisory-track sales, not “more of the same.” We’ve designed this role so a true pro can earn £70K+ while building a serious high-ticket career.
YOUR GROWTH PATH (IF YOU PERFORM)
- Months 0–6: Master our ICP, scripts, and systems. Hit consistent targets on meetings booked, show rate, and lead quality.
- Months 6–12: Senior BDR / SDR. Take ownership of our outbound playbook. Test new angles, refine scripts, and improve booking rates.
- Months 12–24: Progress into Closer or Advisor-track Sales, taking a share of revenue on the deals you help originate and close.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF
- You have 1–3+ years in an SDR / BDR / appointment-setting role (B2B, high ticket).
- You’re organised and process-driven: you like clean CRM, clear next steps, and hitting numbers.
- You’re confident communicating with senior professionals (owners, medical directors, CEOs).
- You take pride in hitting a clear, numeric target every month and knowing your own stats.
- You’re within commuting distance of Central London and happy with a hybrid pattern (we onboard in person, then move to a mix of office and remote).
- You enjoy consistent, high-impact activities every day: targeted outreach, thoughtful follow-ups, and meticulous CRM updates.
OUR CORE VALUES
- Know the goal: Always start with knowing the goal. Understand the task before you begin.
- Learn quickly: Apply feedback immediately, look for new tools and methods to improve.
- Be a light: Have fun and share it with others. Focus on finding solutions, not problems.
- Show courage: If you have evidence, stand up for your ideas. Be honest and direct.
- Give a damn: Deliver quality work on time. Improve your craft every week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary in the low £40Ks, depending on experience.
- Realistic on-target earnings in the £70Ks, with no cap if you outperform.
- Hybrid role with a stable, 20-year-old company that is the recognized specialist in this niche.
- Direct access to the founders; clear playbooks; no chaos.
- Structured sales training from our Closer handbook and playbooks, including scripts, call frameworks, and feedback.
- The chance to become the linchpin for how the best eye surgery clinics in the world find us.
- Pension with company match, monthly socials, and access to our office strength gym.
