Here, you'll be instrumental in connecting Live Score Media and Live Score Bet, crafting customer journeys that are not just seamless and personalised, but genuinely exciting.

You'll be the architect behind integrated, data-driven campaigns, optimising every customer interaction to maximise value and orchestrate experiences that hit the mark every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CRM in weekly marketing planning sessions, ensuring alignment with broader strategies.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across various marketing channels, including Acquisition, Promotions, Casino, Sportsbook, Content, and Live Score Media.
  • Align CRM communications with promotional calendars, sporting events, and commercial priorities.
  • Build and optimize automated customer journeys for acquisition, onboarding, first deposit, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Identify and implement improvements for customer progression between Live Score Media and Live Score Bet.
  • Drive continuous refinement of customer journeys based on performance data and behavioural insights.
  • Champion the effective use of our marketing technology stack, including Innovid, CRM platforms, and audience segmentation tools.
  • Lead campaign QA across all CRM channels, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver insightful campaign reporting, including incremental analysis and commercial performance.
  • Mentor and support CRM Executives, fostering their growth and acting as a first point of escalation for delivery issues.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of CRM campaign management principles.
  • Proven ability in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience utilizing marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns.
  • Possesses strong analytical and reporting skills to derive actionable insights.
  • Communicates effectively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at collaborating across multiple teams and managing varied priorities.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
  • Commercially astute with a dedication to optimisation and exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to review campaign briefs for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quality delivery.
