LiveScore Group is seeking a Player Protection Analyst to review member accounts for signs of harm, assess risk, and intervene with at-risk players. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to provide safer gambling guidance and support customer wellbeing.
The role starts with an office-based 4-month probation period, then hybrid work with 2 days in the office per week. Expect 37.5 hours weekly across Monday to Sunday, with a supportive team focused on empathy and accuracy.
