We're seeking a Product Manager – Account & Identity to join our Platform Product team and transform how our users register, authenticate, and manage their profiles.

This pivotal role involves owning the strategy and roadmap for a critical customer journey, ensuring a seamless, secure, and intuitive experience while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the Account & Identity product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business and customer objectives.
  • Lead product initiatives from initial discovery and solution definition through to successful delivery and post-launch optimisation.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritise the Account & Identity backlog, ensuring clear communication and synchronisation across delivery teams.
  • Champion improvements across all customer touchpoints, including registration, authentication, login, and identity verification.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement and sprint planning, to facilitate efficient delivery cycles.
  • Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Customer Support to maintain simple, secure, and compliant customer journeys.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, and operational feedback to identify and action opportunities for enhancing user experience and efficiency.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Support the prioritisation of live issues and optimise product performance within the Account & Identity domain.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product processes, documentation standards, and agile methodologies.
  • Grow your technical understanding of Platform capabilities and enhance your Product Management expertise through ongoing learning.
  • Stay informed on relevant industry trends, customer expectations, identity technologies, and emerging AI opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Demonstrated experience within Product, Customer Operations, Compliance, KYC, or a similar customer-focused domain.
  • A clear understanding of customer onboarding, authentication, identity verification, or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
  • Experience operating within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex customer, operational, and business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, adept at engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of utilising data and insights to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
  • A curious and proactive approach to building technical understanding through close collaboration with Engineering teams.
  • A genuine passion for crafting intuitive customer experiences and continuously improving digital products.
