The Role Location: Soho, London. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office Tuesdays – Thursdays.

The Marketing Insights team is an integral department within LiveScore Group and the Casino Marketing Insights team is looking to expand to support the growth of the Casino vertical. As a Casino Insights Analyst, you will work with multiple teams and stakeholders across many areas of the business to optimise market share, highlight opportunities and trends, helping create a thrilling experience for our Casino customers. With an abundance of data to work with, our analysts use a range of analytical tools to provide senior leaders with actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with multiple areas of the business to identify opportunities for LiveScore Casino to grow.
  • Analyse customer, transactional, and game level data to understand customer behaviour, identify trends, build reports, and solve real‑world business problems by transforming data into actionable insights for multiple stakeholders.
  • Create customer segmentations to deliver increased personalisation and a greater customer experience across the product.
  • Monitor performance of Casino by proactively investigating changes in core KPIs, spotting trends, and identifying reasons behind the changes.
  • Understand the needs of the business and its stakeholders, especially within the Marketing and Casino areas, to ensure analytical needs are met and challenged.
  • Present analytical findings in a compelling and engaging way to influence decisions and drive change across the business.
  • Conduct regular forecasting and scenario analysis to increase the business's confidence in and visibility of expected future performance.
  • Regularly monitor LiveScore’s core KPIs to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and proactively drive greater business value.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to enable stakeholders to access self‑serve performance insights.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Suitable experience as an analyst working with large datasets, preferably in the betting and gaming industry.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to write SQL or Google BigQuery independently to a high standard.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, preferably backed by a numerical, analytical or data‑focused degree.
  • Experience of financial modelling.
  • Previous experience of analysing CRM, acquisition or promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to adapt analytical approach to suit different market conditions, business contexts and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a self‑motivated desire to solve business problems.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to learn quickly, multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of presenting data confidently and coherently.
  • Capacity to build good working relationships with stakeholders and other teams within the business.
