The Role
Our new Reward & Workforce Planning Analyst will report to the Payroll and Reward Manager and will be pivotal in shaping our compensation and workforce strategies. You will dive deep into the data, providing the critical analysis and insights that drive our decision-making on everything from salary benchmarks and incentive schemes to future hiring plans. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast headcount, cost, and turnover.
- Create and manage dashboards to report on key workforce metrics for the People and Finance teams.
- Support the annual salary and bonus review cycles through data modelling and analysis.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure our compensation remains competitive.
- Analyse and model the effectiveness of current and proposed incentive and bonus schemes.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel to a high standard. You can expect to utilise Excel for a range of dayâtoâday activities.
- Analyse data to support pay equity reviews and other Diversity & Inclusion reporting initiatives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to analyse recruitment trends and inform workforce plans.
- Ensure data integrity across our HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) for accurate reporting.
- Assist in job evaluation processes and maintain our compensation frameworks.
- Support adâhoc analytical projects related to compensation, benefits, and organisational design.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Advanced Excel expertise is essential (modelling, complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Proven experience in an analytical role within a HR, Reward, Compensation, or Finance team.
- A highly analytical and quantitative mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensure accuracy.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present dataâdriven insights clearly and concisely.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A keen interest in compensation and reward principles and workforce planning methodologies.
