This role is central to driving the company's growth by harnessing data, AI, and automation to deepen fan engagement and boost commercial performance across our sports betting and media platforms.
The CGO will unify brand strategy, accelerate customer acquisition and retention, and position LiveScore Group as a leader in innovation. A key focus will be integrating our sports media assets with our sportsbook and casino offerings to build a world-class, connected sports ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the marketing vision and strategy, building the high-performance teams, operational frameworks, and technology stack required to deliver sustainable, data-driven growth.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end customer journey across our entire media and betting ecosystem, leveraging advanced data science and AI to deliver a deeply personalised, compliant, and cohesive experience that drives product adoption and unlocks the full value of convergence.
- Translate company goals into quarterly and annual marketing plans, balancing long-term brand building with short-term performance levers.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, Content & Media Partnerships, Affiliate Management and Brand, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Own the global marketing budget with full accountability for delivering high ROI across all jurisdictions.
- Drive a data-driven strategy that aggressively grows our new customer base while increasing the lifetime value of retained users.
- Work closely with the Insights and Data teams to champion the development and implementation of advanced data models for LTV forecasting, churn prediction, and attribution (e.g., MMM).
- Drive the martech and ad-tech strategy, with a strong focus on leveraging AI-powered platforms for personalisation and campaign automation.
- Lead performance marketing and acquisition efforts across all digital channels, setting and monitoring aggressive KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA).
- Oversee the strategy and execution of all retention marketing, including CRM lifecycle flows, loyalty programs, and VIP initiatives.
- Translate complex data and AI model outputs into clear, actionable strategies and insights for company-wide stakeholders, in collaboration with the Insights team.
- Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with relevant gambling regulations in all operational markets.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to embed marketing technologies and AI-driven features directly into the user experience.
- Provide strategic oversight for outsourced PR and brand/creative functions.
- Proven ability to translate complex data and performance metrics into clear, strategic recommendations that drive commercial growth.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of modern marketing analytics, including techniques such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and advanced attribution, to effectively measure and optimise the entire marketing funnel.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Financial acumen for managing large marketing budgets and optimising for ROI.
- Knowledge of gambling compliance and responsible gaming practices in regulated markets.
- Proficiency in evaluating and integrating martech/ad-tech solutions (CRM, CDP, AI platforms).
- Proven experience as a leader and mentor who has scaled high-performing, data-driven marketing teams.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, strategic recommendations for company-wide stakeholders.
- Ability to balance big-picture vision (e.g., global brand positioning, media convergence) with rapid, pragmatic execution, challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
- Fast decision making and adaptability based on data and adapts quickly to regulatory and market shifts.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Legal.
- A background in a technical or quantitative field is highly advantageous.
- Domain knowledge in sports betting and/or iGaming is advantageous but not essential.
