The Role
Leading our advertising technology initiatives and campaign optimization strategies, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ad operations professional to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. You will spearhead complex programmatic campaigns, mentor junior team members, and work strategically with our account management, sales, and product teams across our diverse portfolio of global advertising partnerships. We are seeking a seasoned ad operations expert with deep Ad Operations knowledge and a passion for innovation. You will need to be strategic, analytically driven, and capable of managing high‑stakes campaigns while developing scalable processes that support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management in Google Ad Manager (GAM), including complex programmatic deals setup.
- Architect and implement advanced trafficking solutions for premium direct, programmatic guaranteed, and private marketplace deals.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ad code implementation, including GPT (Google Publisher Tags), ad path configurations, and creative rendering issues across web and mobile environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex ad serving problems, including passback chains, ad unit hierarchy conflicts, targeting parameter mismatches, and creative approval workflows.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced ad code integrations, including SafeFrame configurations, lazy loading implementations, and cross-domain tracking solutions.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards using GAM, Google Analytics 4, and third‑party analytics platforms to drive data‑driven optimizations.
- Execute comprehensive campaign performance analysis, identifying optimization opportunities across viewability, CTR, completion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Drive revenue optimization through advanced yield management, price floor strategies, and inventory forecasting.
- Lead quality assurance protocols across all digital touchpoints, including mobile apps, web platforms, and emerging channels.
- Line manage junior ad operations staff and establish best practices for campaign setup, testing, and optimization procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic and direct campaign management.
- Proficiency with ad serving technologies, tracking pixels, and campaign measurement methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑pressure campaign deliveries.
- Experience with mobile app monetization and in‑app advertising optimization.
