LIVES is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help drive the growth of our income-generating services through strategic partnerships, contract opportunities and business development activity. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand our reach across sectors including healthcare, emergency services, education, industry and beyond, while supporting a charity that saves lives every day.
- Identify and secure new large business opportunities, partnerships and contracts nationwide
- Lead strategic prospecting and market development activity
- Develop commercial propositions and service offerings
- Support bids, tenders, proposals and contract negotiations
- Work collaboratively across sales, operations, education and marketing teams
- Contribute to long-term organisational growth and positioning
Experience in business development, strategic sales or commercial growth
- Proven success in identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing proposals, bids and commercial responses
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Experience within healthcare, emergency services, training, consultancy, education or mission-led organisations would be advantageous.
