Are you 21-24 years old? Do you want to work for an expanding organisation that offers a friendly and professional working environment but also rewards its staff with a great commission package and training? You will already have a proven telephone sales background and thrive in a busy sales environment, loving working to targets in a great team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Selling life insurance products direct to customers.
- Inbound sales.
- Providing advice to customers on a range of life insurance products.
- Research industry changes and challenges.
- Managing your own pipeline.
- Updating our CRM system accurately.
- Building strong relationships with your customers.
- Cross sell and upsell.
- Dealing with customers through email and phone.
- Diarising call backs.
- Working to sales targets/KPI while keeping in line with FCA compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21-24 years of age (Due to Grant Funding Eligibility).
- Proven sales background.
- Ideally have worked within insurance or financial services, however this is not essential.
- Driven and tenacious.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to overcome objections.
- Works well in a team environment.
Benefits:
- Potential of 4% annual salary increase each year with an extra day’s holiday for each year worked (depending on manager's review).
