Overview
Technical Officer (ITS) you will report directly to the Principal Solution Architect (ITS) to provide support for ITS solutions as part of the Digital Services team. You will be responsible for proactive support of the ITS and associated data environment, working closely with Transport Solutions team colleagues to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business. You will provide support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues. This is a hybrid role allowing a mix of onsite (minimum 2 days per week) and remote working to best suit business needs.

- Provide support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.

Essential Criteria
- Demonstrate experience with the operation and support of Intelligent Transportation Systems.
- Demonstrate a working understanding of the data associated with ITS systems and the reporting options available to produce MI/BI.
- Act as a positive member of the Digital Services team to assist with the delivery of a range of complex, business-critical technical projects whilst also supporting the existing ITS estate.
